Gardens
We encourage residents to enjoy our wonderful communal gardens and appreciate that they may wish on occasion to use them for a small party or gathering; in the interest of good neighbourly relations may we remind you of the following:
- Please tidy up, using the many bins provided or take rubbish home.
- Please be mindful of other garden users.
- Please ensure that noise is moderated after say 7.30 p.m.to respect residents -- and the sleep of any very young children.
- There are many distinct areas where relative privacy can usually be found -- specific areas of the gardens cannot be reserved.
- Dogs and BBQs are not allowed in the gardens.
- Unfortunately, the Estate cannot supply garden furniture -- other than that already in the gardens.
- Please supervise young children.
- Please do not attach swings to trees as it can damage / break branches.
- Soft balls only to be used in the garden.
