Procedure Statement

Alterations may not be carried out to a flat before the consent of B.A.M. Estate Ltd is obtained. In accordance with the terms of the lease, consent to structural alterations must be by way of a Licence for Alterations. Please apply to the Estate Office for details of the procedure and indication of likely costs.
